[41] "Bhikkhus, the act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) should be revoked for a bhikkhu who possesses eight qualities: he does not suspend the Uposatha of a bhikkhu in regular standing (pakatatta); he does not suspend the Pavāraṇā; he does not put him under directive (savacanīya); he does not initiate a censure proceeding (anuvāda); he does not have him make the opportunity (for accusation); he does not accuse him; he does not remind him (of an offense); and he does not embroil bhikkhus with bhikkhus.¹ Bhikkhus, the act of censure should be revoked for a bhikkhu who possesses these eight qualities."
The eighteen cases concerning what should be revoked are finished.
