Pabbājanīyakaṁ

[127] Bhikkhus, the act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) should be revoked for a bhikkhu endowed with eight factors: 1. He does not suspend the Uposatha of a bhikkhu in regular standing (pakatatta); 2. He does not suspend the Pavāraṇā; 3. He does not issue a directive (savacanīya); 4. He does not initiate a censure (anuvāda); 5. He does not have leave (okāsa) granted [by another bhikkhu for accusation]; 6. He does not accuse; 7. He does not remind [of an offense]; 8. He does not set bhikkhus at odds with bhikkhus. Bhikkhus, the act of banishment should be revoked for a bhikkhu endowed with these eight factors. The set of eighteen on when the act of banishment should be revoked is finished.
