[358] Bhikkhus, a bhikkhu observing mānatta, when he himself goes as a visitor (āgantuka), must announce it; when a visitor arrives, he must announce it to him; he must announce it on the Uposatha day; he must announce it at the Pavāraṇā; he must announce it daily; if he is ill, he must have it announced even by means of a messenger.
