[586] An individual who is a speaker of non-Dhamma (adhammavādī); several who are speakers of non-Dhamma; a Saṅgha that is a speaker of non-Dhamma. An individual who is a speaker of Dhamma (dhammavādī); several who are speakers of Dhamma; a Saṅgha that is a speaker of Dhamma.
