Here, bhikkhus, bhikkhus (bhikkhu) accuse a bhikkhu with minds of greed, accuse with minds of hatred, accuse with minds of delusion, concerning failure in virtue (sīlavipatti), failure in conduct (ācāravipatti), failure in view (diṭṭhivipatti), or failure in livelihood (ājīvavipatti).
