Whatever transgression there is knowingly, perceivingly, intentionally, deliberately overstepping — this is called a legal issue concerning an offense that is unwholesome. Herein, what is a legal issue concerning an offense that is indeterminate (abyākata)? Whatever transgression there is unknowingly, unperceivingly, unintentionally, without deliberately overstepping — this is called a legal issue concerning an offense that is indeterminate.
