[10] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, feeble through old age (jarādubbala), while bathing was unable to rub (upaghaṃsetuṃ) his own body. … They reported this matter to the Blessed One. … "Bhikkhus, I allow a twisted-cloth scrubber (ukkāsikā)."
