Khuddakavatthukkhandhaka

[100] Now at that time the bhikkhus' bodies were chilled. They reported this matter to the Blessed One. "Bhikkhus, I allow a water-wiper (udakapuñchanī), and also to wipe off [the water] with a piece of cloth (coḷaka)."
