[134] Now at that time bhikkhus, thinking, "An umbrella has been allowed by the Blessed One only for one who is sick, not for one who is not sick," were scrupulous about using an umbrella in a monastery or in the precincts of a monastery. They reported this matter to the Blessed One. … "Bhikkhus, I allow a bhikkhu, even one who is not sick, to use an umbrella in a monastery or in the precincts of a monastery."
