[304] Bhikkhus, here a bhikkhu, having undertaken building work (navakamma), departs while it is unfinished. Thinking, "Let there not be loss to the Saṅgha," it should be given to another.
Bhikkhus, here a bhikkhu, having undertaken building work, disrobes while it is unfinished. He dies … he admits to being one having the characteristics of both sexes (ubhatobyañjanaka). Thinking, "Let there not be loss to the Saṅgha," it should be given to another.
