Vinayapiṭaka · Cūḷavagga (2) · Vol. 7 · Section 307

[307] Bhikkhus, here again, a bhikkhu, having taken up building work (navakamma), when it has been completed, admits that he is insane; admits that he is deranged in mind; admits that he is afflicted by feeling (vedanā); admits that he has been suspended for not seeing an offence; admits that he has been suspended for not making amends for an offence; admits that he has been suspended for not relinquishing an evil view — that building work belongs to that very bhikkhu.
