[487] What are the ten suspensions of the Pātimokkha (pātimokkhaṭṭhapana) that are not in accordance with the Dhamma? One guilty of a pārājika offence is not seated in that assembly; discussion concerning one guilty of a pārājika offence has not been left unfinished; one who has disavowed the training is not seated in that assembly; discussion concerning one who has disavowed the training has not been left unfinished; he joins in a legitimate concord; he does not repudiate a legitimate concord; discussion concerning the repudiation of a legitimate concord has not been left unfinished; no one is suspected, through what has been seen or heard, of failure in virtue; no one is suspected, through what has been seen or heard, of failure in conduct; no one is suspected, through what has been seen or heard, of failure in view. These are the ten suspensions of the Pātimokkha that are not in accordance with the Dhamma.
