[93] Now at that time bhikkhus were scrupulous about performing back-rubbing both in the bathhouse (jantāghara) and in the water. They reported this matter to the Blessed One. "Bhikkhus, I allow three coverings (paṭicchādi): the covering of the bathhouse, the covering of the water, and the covering of cloth."
