[1075] "It is true; I too know that such a one is called a foolish accuser (bālacodaka). But I ask you about another matter: what kind of one is called a wise accuser (paṇḍitacodaka)? He knows both what precedes and what follows, he is skilled in what precedes and follows; he knows the course of connected speech, he is skilled in the course of connected speech — such a one is called a wise accuser."
