[1245] How many offenses (āpatti) are there concerning going between villages? How many have crossing to the far bank of a river as their condition? For how many kinds of meat is there a grave offense (thullaccaya)? For how many kinds of meat an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa)? There are four offenses concerning going between villages; four have crossing to the far bank of a river as their condition; for one kind of meat there is a grave offense; for nine kinds of meat an offense of wrong-doing.
