[1265] For how many is there adjudication (vinicchaya)? And for how many (is there resolution) by settlement (vūpasama)? And for how many is there non-offense (anāpatti)? By how many grounds does one shine? For five there is adjudication, and for five (there is resolution) by settlement; and for five there is non-offense; by three grounds one shines. ¹ Yu. reads: *kiñci*.
