[1268] In how many cases is there false speech (musāvāda)? How many are declared "at most" (parama)? How many are the pāṭidesanīya offenses? And with the confession (desanā) of how many? In five cases there is false speech; fourteen are declared "at most"; the pāṭidesanīya offenses are twelve; and with the confession of four.
