[1277] How many perfections of formal acts (kammasampatti) were declared by the Buddha, Kinsman of the Sun (ādiccabandhu)? In the Vinaya matter at Campā, how many are all in accordance with the Dhamma? Four perfections of formal acts were declared by the Buddha, Kinsman of the Sun; in the Vinaya matter at Campā, all were made in accordance with the Dhamma.
