[1284] "How many formal acts (kamma) were declared by the Buddha, Kinsman of the Sun (ādiccabandhu)? Of you who profess the Vinaya we would hear their ranges (visaya)." "Sixteen formal acts were declared by the Buddha, Kinsman of the Sun. From me who professes the Vinaya, hear their ranges."
