[1290] "How many saṅghādisesas were declared by the Buddha, Kinsman of the Sun (ādiccabandhu)? Of you who profess the Vinaya we would hear the domains." "Twenty-three saṅghādisesas were declared by the Buddha, Kinsman of the Sun. Of me who professes the Vinaya, hear the domains."
