[1339] No communion (asaṃvāsa), not relinquishing, and the ten [persons], one not suspended;
he incurs the offense — [the region] above the collarbone (ubbhakkha); thereafter the two [rules on huts] built by one's own begging (saññācikā);
no bodily [act], yet a grave [offense]; no bodily [misdeed], yet rightly expelled;
one not conversing, and the training rule; both, and the four persons;
a woman, and oil entailing forfeiture (nissaggiya); bhikkhus, and going step by step;
one clothed, and no motion (ñatti); he kills one who is not his mother, one who is not his father;
without having accused, having accused; one cutting, and speaking only the truth;
what has been determined (adhiṭṭhita), when [the sun] has set; not lustful, nor a forest [lodging];
bodily and verbal [offenses]; three [kinds of] women, and a mother;
angry, one who gives satisfaction, pleased; both [incur] saṅghādisesa;
he does not give what has not been made allowable (akappakata); not giving, he incurs a grave [offense].
