[1357] To which seven grounds does an act with a motion and three announcements (ñatticatutthakamma) extend?
It extends to restoration (osāraṇā), removal (nissāraṇā), appointment (sammati), giving (dāna), censure (niggaha), repeated admonition (samanubhāsanā), and the characteristic mark of an act (kammalakkhaṇa) as the seventh. An act with a motion and three announcements extends to these seven grounds.
