[184] For one who, out of disrespect, sits swinging the arms amidst the houses, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) … There is one laying down of the rule (paññatti) … It arises through one of the (six) originations of offences (samuṭṭhāna) — (as in the first pārājika).
