[171] … there is a dukkaṭa (offence of wrong-doing) for one who, out of disrespect, walks in an inhabited area playing with hand or foot …¹ [It was laid down] concerning the group-of-six bhikkhus — in the matter that the group-of-six bhikkhus walked in an inhabited area playing with their hands and their feet; concerning that matter. There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offences, it arises through one origin (as in the first pārājika).
