[191] For one who, out of disrespect (anādariya), walks crouched on the heels (ukkuṭikāya) in an inhabited area, there is an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa) … There is one laying down of the rule (paññatti) … It arises through one origination (samuṭṭhāna) (as in the first pārājika).
