[181] For one who, out of disrespect (anādariya), walks swaying the body in an inhabited area, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) … The group-of-six bhikkhus walked swaying the body in an inhabited area — on that matter. There is one promulgation (paññatti) … It arises through one origination (samuṭṭhāna) (as with the first pārājika).
