[229] The offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) for one who, out of disrespect (anādariya), teaches the Dhamma to a person in a vehicle … There is one laying down (paññatti), one supplementary laying down (anupaññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through one origin: it arises from speech and from mind (citta), not from body.
