[230] Where a bhikkhu, out of disrespect, teaches the Dhamma to a person lying on a bed — a dukkaṭa (offence of wrongdoing) … There is one laying down (paññatti) and one supplementary laying down (anupaññatti). Of the six origins of offences (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it originates by one origin: it originates from speech and from mind (citta), not from body.
