[232] For one who, out of disrespect, teaches the Dhamma to a person whose head is wrapped in a turban, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) … There is one promulgation (paññatti) and one supplementary promulgation (anupaññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through one origin: it arises from speech and from mind (citta), not from body.
