[233] For one who, out of disrespect, teaches the Dhamma to a person whose head is covered, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) … There is one laying down of the rule (paññatti) and one supplementary laying down (anupaññatti). Of the six origins of offences (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), this arises through one origin: it arises from speech and from mind (citta), not from body.
