[271] A bhikkhu causing a felt rug (santhata) mixed with silk to be made incurs two offenses (āpatti): in the act of causing it to be made, an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa); when it has been made, an offense entailing expiation with forfeiture (nissaggiya pācittiya).
