[273] Not having taken a tulā (tulaṃ) of white [wool] and a tulā of brown (gocariya) [wool], a bhikkhu having a new felt rug (santhata) made commits two offenses: in the act of having it made, an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when it has been made, an offense entailing expiation with forfeiture (nissaggiya pācittiya).
