[274] A bhikkhu having a felt rug (santhata) made every year commits two offences (āpatti): while he is having it made, in the act of undertaking, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when it has been made, there is an offence entailing expiation with forfeiture (nissaggiya pācittiya).
