[294] A bhikkhu teaching the Dhamma word by word (padaso) to one who is not fully ordained (anupasampanna) commits two offenses: in the act of making him recite, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); for each word, an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
