[297] One who teaches the Dhamma to a woman (mātugāma) in more than five or six sentences (vācā) commits two offenses (āpatti): while he is teaching, in the act itself there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); and with each word (pada), an offense of pācittiya.
