[312] When the sun has set, a **bhikkhu** instructing bhikkhunīs (bhikkhunī) commits two offenses (āpatti): while he is instructing, in the act itself there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when the instruction is completed, there is an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
