[311] A bhikkhu not authorized (asammata), exhorting bhikkhunīs, falls into two offenses (āpatti): while he is exhorting, for the effort there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when the exhortation has been given, there is an offense of pācittiya.
