[310] Knowing that water contains living beings, one who sprinkles it on grass or on clay commits two offenses: while sprinkling, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) in the act; when it has been sprinkled, there is an offense of expiation (pācittiya). The Bhūtagāma Chapter, the second, is finished.
