[325] One who has finished eating and has refused (further food) (pavārita), when eating hard food (khādanīya) or soft food (bhojanīya) that is not left over (anatiritta), commits two offences: he accepts it, thinking, "I shall eat it" — an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); for every mouthful swallowed — an offence of expiation (pācittiya).
