[329] A bhikkhu who, having requested choice foods for his own benefit, eats them, commits two offenses (āpatti): when he accepts them, thinking, "I shall eat," he commits an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); for every mouthful swallowed, he commits an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
