Bhogajanavagga

Vinayapiṭaka · Parivāra · Vol. 8 · Section 330

[330] Conveying food that has not been given through the door of the mouth, one incurs two offences (āpatti): he receives it, thinking, "I shall eat" — an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); for each and every act of swallowing — an offence of expiation (pācittiya). The Fourth Chapter, on Food (Bhojanavagga), is concluded.
