[361] A **bhikkhu**, being admonished by bhikkhus in accordance with the Dhamma, who says, "Friends, I will not train in this training rule (sikkhāpada) until I have questioned another bhikkhu who is competent, an expert in the Vinaya (vinayadhara)," commits two offenses: while he is speaking, for the effort there is an offense of wrong conduct (dukkaṭa); when he has spoken, there is an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
