[365] One who, angry and displeased, raises the hand as if to strike (talasattika) against a bhikkhu commits two offenses (āpatti): while he is raising it, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) for the act; when it has been raised, an offense of expiation (pācittiya).
