[376] One who causes a needle case (sūcighara) to be made of bone, of ivory, or of horn incurs two offenses (āpatti): while he is having it made, there is an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa) for the effort; when it has been made, there is an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
