[380] A bhikkhu having an itch-covering cloth (kaṇḍupaṭicchādi) made exceeding the proper measure commits two offenses: while he is having it made, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) for the act of undertaking; when it has been made, there is an offense entailing expiation (pācittiya).
