[381] One having a rains-bathing cloth (vassikasāṭikā) made exceeding the measure incurs two offenses: while he is having it made, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) for the act of undertaking (payoga); when it has been made, there is an offense of expiation (pācittiya).
