[527] "'Live in company, noble ladies; do not live separately'—for a bhikkhunī who thus incites (others) and who, when admonished up to the third time, does not relinquish, where was the saṅghādisesa laid down?"
"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā."
"In what matter?"
"In the matter of the bhikkhunī Thullanandā inciting (them), saying: 'Live in company, noble ladies; do not live separately.'"
There is one laying down of the rule (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through one origin (as in the Dhuranikkhepa training rule).
