"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā."
"In regard to what matter?"
"In regard to the matter that the bhikkhunī Thullanandā asked the king for linen cloth (khoma)."
There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (samuṭṭhāna), it arises through six origins.
