[691] Having approached families at the wrong time (vikāla) and, without asking the owners, having spread a sleeping-place (seyyā) or having had it spread, one who sits down upon it commits two offences (āpatti): as she sits down, in the act of doing so, an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when she has sat down, an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya).
