[721] One using (feminine: i.e., a bhikkhunī) the dwelling robe (āvasathacīvara) without having relinquished it commits two offences (āpatti): in the act of using it, she commits an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when it has been used, an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya).
